The Co-op weighs the coffee we picked. Fifteen people picked just about $1.05 of coffee in 30 minutes. If I remember what we learned, a good picker can make about $10.00 a day.

Freshly roasted coffee. This was medium roast: 12.5 minutes at 450°. F. , very good aroma. The co-op store was just to the left of the roaster. Our group stocked up on some excellent coffee. the man in the photo is Matias who is president of the company and served as our ocal guide.
